Hi

I'm interested. Let me know what is happening'; as I am debating whether to join online or go to a meeting. Last time (5 years ago) I attended meetings.

Obviously count me in too.

What say we get weighed tomorrow and then each Monday. We don't have to post our current weight if we don't want to - just how much we have lost each week.

Is tomorrow OK with you guys? I really need to get on with this as my weight is out of control after Christmas.

I suspect my scales will say "One at a time, please"

Love Jeanxxxx

I'm in ..... again ThumpUp

Although I did join Weight watchers two months ago and have managed to lose one and a half stones! I am SO pleased with myself. I tried last year by joining an on-line weightloss site. I'm afraid I need constant motivation. I am also going with a friend who also has RA, so we support each other. You DO need support. This is the first time I have stuck at it in years.

Ah a subject close to my heart, count me in as long as we don't have to share our starting weight and only what we lose or gain! You see I'm a sensitive old soul and have been doing the dieting thing off and on, as you can guess, for many years, but with limited success.

Well done Ann, that's fantastic, I too managed to lose quite a bit with Weight Watchers online, but sadly have put it all back on again.

Love,

Barbara

Don't worry, Tina. You're a lightweight compared to me BUT it's not the weight we are now that matters, it's the weight loss we achieve.

Sorry the little ones are ill - hope you're not up all night.

Lots of love Jean

Ok then

I weighed myself this morning (used scales at home rather than at work); before breakfast - I knew I had put on weight but I am just shy of 13 stone. I got down to 10 stone 4 last time I was with Weight Watchers (just before my wedding).; but my goal now is to try and aim for 12 stone to begin with and take it from there. As I might have a wedding to go to later this year I could do with losing the weight.

See you all at the next weigh in

My goal is 1 stone 9 pounds, i have weighed myself this morning and have already swapped the coffee mate for skimmed milk and skimmed milk in cereal also, going to sainsburys later for fruit and veg , going to park a few roads away so i get some walking in
My cooker broke last month so i will have a problem with roasting veg dont want to replace cooker as i want a new kitchen at the end of the year.
Jean this is a great idea hopefully this will motivate me to loose some weight !
